In which I reveal that I am, in fact, a horrible person

Okay, so, recently, I've kind of been lurking around fandom wank. I hate it when there's shit in my own sandbox, but if someone else is dropping trou and taking a dump in another one, I'll be the first one to point and laugh.

I know. I'm mean.

Which is why I just have to share the Russet Noon explosion. It involves an attempt to publish and sell Twilight fanfiction by loosely interpreting copyright law (apparently it only counts if you draw a picture of the characters!) and calling it a "tribute novel."

I really cannot stop laughing at all the ass-hattery going on.

ETA: Doubled my pleasure and doubled my fun with the SPN wank. Almost makes me wish I'd seen the show!

I don't know anything about russet noon but I'm totally laughing at the supernatural wank...
I've seen this http://aegoceros.livejournal.com/11649.html but I though it was just a dubbed scene and discovering it real and aired and how part of the fandom is reacting is too interesting....

OMG, I heard about that on ONTD. xD I just. I don't even know what to make of this. Then again, Twilight isn't exactly the most...er...mentally capable fandom out there. Also, it's HUGE. I'm not really that surprised xD

Also, must go check out the reaction to that SPN video. Haha, I love drama when I'm not involved.

Hahaha that wank is epic. I'm also enjoying the SPN wank at the moment. We have the same attitude to f_w as me: it's funny when it happens to other people!

I miss old f_w, when Harry Potter wank ruled the world. You'd get a post of EPICNESS every second week. Stupid JK for finishing the series :P
