1. There's Heroes slash awards, but are there Heroes het awards? Because if there isn't, there should be. I love smexxin' of nearly all kinds.

2. I know a kink meme just got started, but I also hate seeing heroes_exchange lying dormant. What upcoming holiday would make for a good fic exchange? The Ides of March? Too soon. Maybe, like, the Ides of May.

There was an award contest encompassing all the genres sometime after S1. Of course no one continued it because, like most fandoms, Heroes only cares about the slash.

Do you happen to remember who did that/where it was located (community or something)? Because I'd be willing to take something like that over if someone could show me the ropes.

There should be gen awards too, not just het! I don't understand the fascination so much with slash.

It made more sense in S1 when the cast was almost completely male and Claire was only 15. Times have changed, though. I just wish there was more gen. :(
