i have a tiny heroes_het_fic awards nominating question. i looked at the nominating post and now i am checking with you because i didn't see this info there so i just wanted to make sure: do the fics need to be posted between any certain dates? or any fic posted at any time is eligible as long as it's heroes and het and it has a working link?
