And LJ Support is another resource for LJ-specific stuff (either if you think something's broken or you don't know how to do something on LJ or you don't know if you even *can* but you think you would like to); depending on the question and how busy stuff is, it can take a while; it's mostly volunteers answering the questions, and you might be surprised by how many of the volunteers are fans in some way.
